Ye gods, we recorded this episode a year ago, a year ago! That’s how far behind we are with our editing. Shameful.

In this episode we discuss much loved snuggly sunday blanket TV show All Creatures Great and Small, based on James Herriot’s awesome books, and use it to understand Apprenticeships as a pedagogic model. Muddling through we have an accidental plethora of experts, with Mike and Mark joined by editor of apprenticeships Olivia Rowland, and designer of one of the first police apprenticeships, Chris Cox.

Oh, and did we mention – we’re also going to reveal the proto pedagogy, from which all others were forged? Mike’s mind was blown.

As an aside, it’s weird writing these in the third person. I might just write in the first person going forwards. Much love ~ Mike
